Because this blog has turned out to be a duplication of the main site that is less attractive and navigable, I'm not going to make duplicate posts here any longer. However, this is the only place I can post Scribble-in-Law when I'm on the road, so I am going to keep this blog open for that and will post a notice on the main site when that occurs.

Prosecutorial misconduct in Moussaoui trial

Assistant U.S. Attorney David Novak learned in the Moussaoui trial that he'd have to inform Judge Leonie Brinkema about prosecutorial misconduct, I doubt he looked forward to the task. The misconduct occurred when prosecution co-counsel Carla Martin e-mailed expert witnesses, suggested how they should testify and sent along trial transcripts in violation of a court order and ethics standards.

Redesign of main site

The number of eyeballs for the main site http://www.lawcomix.com are steadily increasing. So, I spent the weekend redesigning it. I had three goals: to make it easier to navigate, to make it more attractive and to put it in a format for that illusive Internet holy grail -- advertising. I think it's time to get some sleep now.
