Scooter Libby's defense team has added a graymail specialist. His job is to bombard the prosectution with request for classified documents -- among others Presidential Daily Briefings -- which cannot be produced and result in the dismissal of the case. Scribble-in-Law blog

The rough edges of the Scribble-in-Law blog will smooth out over the next several days. I wanted to get it up and running because the software is easier to work with at that point.
