Prosecutorial misconduct in Moussaoui trial

Assistant U.S. Attorney David Novak learned in the Moussaoui trial that he'd have to inform Judge Leonie Brinkema about prosecutorial misconduct, I doubt he looked forward to the task. The misconduct occurred when prosecution co-counsel Carla Martin e-mailed expert witnesses, suggested how they should testify and sent along trial transcripts in violation of a court order and ethics standards.
